Method

The grapes are hand-destemmed, undergo spontaneous fermentation, and are then divided, with half aged in barrels and the other half in fiberglass tanks. Only 1500 bottles of this wine were produced!

Tastes like

Strawberries, cherries, candied apples. Has a light body and is slightly fizzy
