Method

50% of Trepat is directly pressed, and 50% of Trepat undergoes carbonic maceration for 5 days. Moscatell has 12 days of skin contact. Parellada fermented and aged in old oak barrel.

Maraschino cherries and pink flowers. Juicy and light rosé!
