Floral and fruity - with almost a creamy like finish, basically everything you could want in an easy to drink summer wine. Notes of apples and lemon. Has an unique and approachable body in comparison to other bubbles. Tinc Set literally translates to I’m thirsty in Catalan! 

Method

Directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 8 months in the bottle where the second fermentation occurs.

Cheese, fruit, and friends or perhaps a salad with berries, olives and a light fish.
