Method

Whole bunch skin contact for 2 weeks, and after malolactic fermentation has happened, it is aged for 1 year in stainless steel vat. This wine is made from two different harvests, 50% from the end of September and 50% from the end of October. Very interesting bottles, the porcelain bottle to preserve and protect the wine from light! A big and bold skin contact!
